OncoAssure – Campaign Update

Following the launch of the OncoAssure campaign on Spark, we are pleased to share an important clinical update that further strengthens the investment case for the company.

OncoAssure Presents Positive New Prostate Cancer Data at AUA 2026

OncoAssure recently presented positive new findings at the AUA 2026 meeting in Washington, DC.

The AUA, or American Urological Association, is a major medical meeting where doctors, researchers and healthcare companies share new developments in urology, including prostate cancer.

The data focused on OncoAssure Prostate, the company’s test designed to help assess risk in men whose prostate cancer appears to be low-risk at diagnosis.

In a study of 233 patients from Ireland and Sweden, OncoAssure Prostate performed better than commonly used clinical risk tools, including NCCN and CAPRA models.

Why This Matters

  • Strong Clinical Validation: The findings show that OncoAssure Prostate can provide valuable information beyond existing clinical risk tools.

  • Better Patient Selection: The test may help identify men whose cancer is more serious than first thought.

  • Supports Active Surveillance Decisions: It can help doctors decide whether a patient may be suitable for active surveillance, or whether earlier treatment may be needed.

  • Patient Benefit: The test could help reduce the risk of under-treating higher-risk patients, while also helping avoid unnecessary treatment for men who can safely be monitored.

  • Commercial Relevance: Strong clinical data can help build confidence among doctors, hospitals, investors and potential commercial partners.

This is exactly the type of clinical evidence that is important for a medical diagnostics company as it moves from product development into wider commercial adoption.

Why This Matters for Investors

OncoAssure is a medical diagnostics company developing tests that help doctors make better cancer treatment decisions.

Its lead product, OncoAssure Prostate, is a biopsy-based molecular test for men with low-risk prostate cancer. The aim is to identify which patients can be safely monitored, and which patients may need earlier treatment.

This addresses a major clinical need. Current risk tools do not always identify the true risk of progression. As a result, some men may receive unnecessary treatment, while others may not receive treatment early enough.

OncoAssure Prostate is designed to help solve that problem.
